Owning the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP platform, the full-time Senior NetSuite Administrator will manage architecture, customization, and integrations while ensuring audit readiness and system performance in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the architecture design, configuration, and customization of the NetSuite environment across various finance modules Manage integrations with surrounding finance tools and provide technical support to resolve issues in a fast-paced setting Drive the NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing automation across finance workflows Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent NetSuite certifications Proven SuiteScript development experience for process automation beyond native capabilities Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close and consolidation processes Experience establishing change management and audit-ready controls, with strong stakeholder management skills
