Our 30-bed Neurosurgical ICU provides specialized, high-acuity care to critically ill patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions. What We're Looking For:• Care for critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, seizures, intracranial hemorrhage, spinal cord injuries, and post-neurosurgical patients.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring ventilators, titratable drips, intracranial pressure monitoring, and other advanced critical care interventions.
• Perform detailed neurological assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other members of the healthcare team.
