Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for EXPERIENCED Indoor Door Air Quality / Duct Cleaning and Aeroseal professionals!  We are hiring both Lead Tech and Helper positions.

We are the best of the best and only looking for the best to join our TEAM!  We have BIG plans going forward and we are looking to add the right people to assist us in our continued growth. We offer competitive pay and commissions along with the other benefits listed below.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Seal ductwork using an Aeroseal machine and computer system
• Clean & sterilize HVAC duct systems with Abatement Technologies machine with an attached camera. 
• Provide excellent customer service and a high-quality experience to the customer. 
• Talk to customers about system improvements and other IAQ products
• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Complete all necessary paperwork including agreements, finance documents, and follow proper call close procedures. 
• Attend weekly meetings and coaching sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Prior industry experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 - 100 pounds.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
• Professional appearance and personality
• 100% training provided on our systems and operations.

Benefits:

• Health Insurance - The Company pays 50% of the employee’s benefit after 30 days.
• Eye and Dental Insurance - The Company pays 50% of the employee’s benefit after 30 days. 
• AFLAC Supplemental insurance at employee expense (not required)

• Paid Holidays: 5 per year
• Up to 4 weeks PTO based on tenure (must complete 90 days of continued employment to qualify for biweekly accrual)
