About the Role

As part of our small, dedicated team, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and purchasing grocery items to ensure customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standard. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere, covering a 10am–6pm ET shift, Monday through Friday.

You'll be responsible for:

• Proactively purchasing grocery items to meet customer needs accurately and efficiently.
• Confirming item availability and making thoughtful substitution decisions when necessary.
• Executing workflows to maintain high levels of quality, freshness, and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Collaborating with a team committed to operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class grocery experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced grocery, retail, buying, merchandising, or fulfillment role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Technological fluency.

Preferences

• Familiarity with G-Suite and Slack.
• Previous experience in grocery buying, store operations, inventory management, or order picking/fulfillment.
