To drive new agency partnerships, the full-time Senior Manager of Buyer Development will manage the entire sales cycle, build relationships across the ad-tech ecosystem, and ensure product adoption while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Build and manage a pipeline of new agency partnerships, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Develop and maintain relationships with agency programmatic/media desks, data teams, and client-strategy leads Track and report pipeline health, deal stages, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership regularly Required qualifications: 5 to 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in advertising agencies, specifically in programmatic, ad-tech, or data/identity sales Proven track record of sourcing and closing new agency partnerships Working knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and identity resolution Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles across various agency contacts Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a consultative, data-led sales style
