Technical Delivery Manager (TDM)Serve as a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) as a primary POC to the Sponsor regarding oversight of all software and infrastructure project efforts for the SOW. The TDM shall manage the demand of work for development teams, report to stakeholders on team status, and communicate internally and externally to mission partners.RequirementsTS/SCI FSP ClearanceDemonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development teamDemonstrated on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritizationDemonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprintsDemonstrated on-the-job experience putting together sprint plansDemonstrated on-the-job experience putting together weekly reportsDemonstrated on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project teamDemonstrated on-the-job communication skills and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiencesDemonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor's Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodologyDemonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing prioritiesDemonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategiesDemonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO (Authority to Operate)Desired SkillsHold the following Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)Demonstrated recent experience with the Sponsor's Lean Agile methodologyDemonstrated experience managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goalsDemonstrated experience with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA WorkflowDemonstrated on-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managersDemonstrated on-the-job knowledge of Sponsor's enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environmentsDemonstrated broad knowledge of Sponsor's IT components, missions, and strategiesDemonstrated familiarity with IC issues, policies, systems, and working relationshipsDemonstrated on-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the Sponsor and Intelligence Community (IC)About Us For more than 20 years, NewGen Technologies has solved our clients' toughest IT challenges with integrity, security, and outstanding service by delivering both technology and talent.
