Job Description
Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Jacksonville, FL 32246
• Specialty: Primary Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine
• Type of Position: Permanent Full Time
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8AM- 5PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.
• Start Date: 45-60 days
• Facility Type: Clinic
• Clinical Setting: Outpatient
• Patients Per day: Average of 18-23 per day. Adults 18 and up only.
• Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days
• Location: Jacksonville, FL
• Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact licensure
• Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates?: No
• Compensation: Base Salary $240,000-260,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary ($40k-$43k additional annually)
