Job Description The RN will assess patients with diabetes (adult and pediatric) for actual and/or potential problems affecting the patient’s health based on assessment, department policy, and case findings. The RN will provide education and health counseling for the patient and family/caregiver on diabetes self‑management topics and provide resources and consultation to staff and medical providers. Location Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY. Work type: Per‑Diem. Shift 1. Onsite arrangement. Scheduled work hours: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Standard hours bi‑weekly: 7.50. No weekend/holiday requirement. No on‑call requirement. Education and Credentials Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited professional nursing school. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
