Align agency incentives with product OKRs through behavioral KPIs, Skillshop certifications, and commercial enablement programs.Oversee end-to-end agreement operations across governance platforms, directing contracting, compliance, and fund distributions including YouTube Credits and discretionary incentives. Supervise the agency payout reconciliation lifecycle from finance sign-off to disbursement.
